Financial and Administrative Affairs Coordinator

Nesrin Beyer worked at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) between 1997 and 2007 at Human Resources Department and between 2008 and 2018 at Internal Control Department.

At Internal Control Department of TSKB worked to ensure compliance with internal and external legislation, to determine and control the risks of the operations/services of the bank and to ensure that they are updated, controls are carried out ensuring that the measures for the prevention of laundering of the proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism are in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations and reported any shortcomings to the related parties.

At Human Resources Department worked in the areas of personnel affairs, preparation of contracts, payroll preparation and accounting, fulfilled the legal responsibilities to the relevant authorities.

Since 2005, has taken part in the establishment of the Sustainability (Environvent) Management system at TSKB and in the process of receiving ISO 14001 certificate, being the first in the banking sector in Turkey. In addition to the ISO 14001 certificate, has also involved in the process of obtaining ISO 14064 certificate which aims limiting greenhouse gas changes in the atmosphere.  Also took part in the periodic external audit processes which enabled to keep the certificates updated.
