His academic background is further strengthened by advanced executive programs in Corporate Finance, Valuation, and C-Level Leadership Development.\r\n\r\nBetween 2008 and 2018, Bay\u00e7\u00f6l served as Strategy and Business Development Director at Enerjisa, where he played a pivotal role in the company\u2019s demerger process as Head of the IPO Team, led acquisitions exceeding USD 5 billion, and oversaw the development of large-scale power plant investments.\r\n\r\nBetween 2018 and 2019, Bay\u00e7\u00f6l served as Deputy General Manager at Enerjisa \u00dcretim. During this period, he led critical transformation projects, particularly across thermal power plants and information technologies, and managed a diversified asset portfolio with a focus on operational excellence, risk management, and organizational transformation.\r\n\r\nWith extensive experience in the energy sector and expertise in corporate and digital transformation, \u0130hsan Erbil Bay\u00e7\u00f6l has been serving as Chief Executive Officer of Enerjisa \u00dcretim since 2020.
